eLA Post-conference Report 2016 is online
At eLearning Africa 2016, more than 1,000 education professionals, digital learning specialists, researchers, government ministers and officials, policy makers and edtech providers from 72 countries came together in Cairo, Egypt from May, 24th to 26th – the first time the event was held in North Africa. It was hosted by the Arab Republic of Egypt and supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development and Creative DC.
The eLearning Africa 2016 programme included the eLearning Africa Ministerial Round Table, a high-level, inter-governmental meeting on ICT for development, education and training, plenary sessions with world-class experts and 65 parallel sessions, featuring 204 expert speakers from around the world.
An exhibition and demonstration area accompanied the programme, where 40 leading international education and edtech providers from 13 countries presented their latest products and services.
