A successful end to studyworld 2017, the 12th International Fair for Higher and Continuing Education
The 12th International Fair for Higher and Continuing Education, studyworld 2017, was held in Berlin on Saturday, May 13th over two successful days with 7,500+ visitors. Both days of the fair offered school pupils and students a wide range of information on numerous study options and career paths at home and abroad.
- A total of 150 education providers from 29 countries presented information on Bachelor and Master courses at home and abroad, international internships and semester abroad programmes at the Russian House of Science and Culture on Friedrichstraße, Berlin.
- Alongside universities and further education institutions, exchange organisations and internship agencies, German Academic Exchange Service scholarship holders who had already studied abroad were available as contact persons at the fair.
- Visitors could also take a study choice test, test their English skills and have a free application photo taken.
- studyworld was supported by a comprehensive framework programme with 52 presentations. These ranged from university introductions, overviews of the financing, planning and preparation of a semester abroad, international internships and voluntary work abroad, as well as presentations on gap years, dual study programmes, various financing options, and much more.
